Trial Behavior Consulting has consulted on several hundred product liability cases.  Starting in the mid 1980's we consulted with various asbestos companies and conducted one of the largest jury research projects in the country.  In that time we selected hundreds of juries, surveyed thousands of jurors and conducted numerous mock trials.

Our product liability experience now encompasses all types of products, ranging from pharmaceutical devices, breast implants, motor vehicles and equipment to building products.  We also have worked on many product cases that included exposure to various chemicals and toxic substances.
