Max Bloom

Mr. Bloom received his B.A. in political science from the University of Richmond in Virginia, where he was one of a select group of students performing cross-disciplinary scientific research under a grant from the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences. Max was one of five members of the U.S. National Debate team and has competed internationally.

Max has significant experience working on complex Intellectual Property cases in the most active I.P. venues in the United States. He has also conducted jury research in a broad range of catastrophic injury cases, and on a variety of other civil case types in venues around the country. His work includes trial strategy consultation, mock trials and focus groups, and shadow juries.

He does a significant amount of work with mock trial and trial data, focusing on venue studies and broad data analysis in serial litigation. He is currently developing new methods of automated juror questionnaire analysis.
